Dunfermline Post Office (Permanently Closed)

Nearly always busy but I caught them off guard at mid afternoon. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful. After seeing my request she fetched the correct form and proceeded to complete it for me. A five star visit.

5 minutes pressing option buttons, 10mins waiting in a queue to get passed to someone who won't give me the post office telephone number so i can make an appointment to use check and send. Instead they take my details so I can get a callback, so now i have to sit in the house waiting for this callback.

The number provided by the post office doesn't accept incoming calls. That's the number the post office gave me to call them on.
