Standing proud since the 14th century, Duns Castle is in a unique location in the Scottish Borders, surrounded by tranquil parkland, on the outskirts of the small market town of Duns.
This exceptionally peaceful castle has been home to the Hay family since 1696, and now welcomes guests from around the world to experience the luxury of accommodation in an exclusive-use private venue with superb hospitality.
Unique historic accommodation is of course available in the castle, or alternatively in the comfortably appointed cottages in the grounds. Make your stay in this historic Scottish castle complete with some outdoor activities including croquet, tennis, falconry, fishing, archery, clay pigeon shooting and off-road driving, which can all be arranged by request.
Fully licensed as a wedding venue, the castle is the ultimate romantic Scottish hideaway for your Big Day. The stunning parkland surrounding the castle, famous architecture and interiors, are the most superb backdrop to your celebration.
