Dunure Castle

We spent an hour looking over the ruin and searching for agate on the beach. It is a great little place to explore and the small cafe on the harbour front is clean and serves beautiful looking cake.

Enjoyed the doocot and scenic trails

It's a lovely place with amazing views. .nice new swing park for the kids ..a full size football pitch. .the park is clean no rubbish about. .you can go a good walk around there's public toilets on the park and thay are kept clean. .and a restaurant at the corner. .it's a great place must see .

There is a nice view over the water, you can go hiking, you can collect mussels at the beach. Moreover, it is a fantastic motif for photos.

Amazing views, even in the freezing cold

Not a lot of castle left but it's open to the public, doesn't cost anything and usually pretty quiet. Great views and a great photo op.

really great castle at the coast. you can walk in many areas of the castle and start a little adventure because you must climb sometimes. also it's nice to walk at the stoney beach under the castle.
