Hi We aim to provide the best nutrition and exercise for all our clients through Herbalife Products and our Fit Clubs and different Challenges.

I am a former World Champion Irish Dancer having danced for 20 + years both professionally and competitively, I am also a former Rugby player having played up to and including Glasgow Squad level up to the age of 17 when I left to tour the world with a professional dance show. I now strive to better peoples nutrition and fitness through our Herbalife products and both individual workouts and group workouts. I run classes on 90 day rotations with prize money up for grabs for those who lose the largest body fat % over the 90 days. I also provide every client with FREE body analysis (body fat % , body hydration levels, muscle mass. weight, metabolic age and resting metabolic rate and finally internal fat levels), protein factor, water intake per day (all calculated specifically to each client using scientific calculations)
