Service centre leaves a lot to be desired. Would look else where, Sales staff as good though.

Excellent customer service....relaxed enviroment....they even valet the car for you as part of the overall sercvice whenever your vehicle goes into one of there bays....
I was looked after by Avril in the service department, a credit to the company....highly recommended....

Only place I have been to recently that is worse in customer service than Mackie motors Arbroath.

I leased a citroen van from Duthies of Montrose my understanding was that with the two year lease there would be included the servicing ... on arriving at Duthies for the first service I was asked how I would be paying for the service.. The sales man who sold me the van has now left there employment . I have in my paper work a servicing instruction.... So very disappointed with this and would advise any one to be very aware of the salesman ...at this garage..... from Flowers Galore Forfar.....I have had no joy from citroen and no joy from Duthies,have now put in a formal complaint ,,,see what happens?

From initial enquiry to repair of vehicle it was first class customer service.
