Here at Dynamic Flow Personal Training we offer mobile PT services across Edinburgh and beyond. This promotes a wide range of versatility for our clients, with sessions being held at your home, office, local parks and online. Sessions are generally done on a 1-to-1 basis, however we are more than happy to facilitate small groups (COVID dependent) of friends /family /colleagues when appropriate. We provide a range of high quality fitness equipment to ensure every need of the client is met during our sessions - we bring the gym to you! !
