Dear All Customers, Dyson Solutions are on Annual Leave from Friday 15th June 2018 until Thursday 28th June 2018. To clarify we close at 530pm on 15th June 2018 . We reopen at 9am on Thursday 28th June 2018
If your Dyson currently needs a repair or service please get in touch no later than Wednesday 13th June 2018 to ensure your machine is ready by the Friday, otherwise the machine will not be completed until the end of our Annual Leave.
Any machines currently in our custod...y will be ready as per our agreed timescale at time of collection.
During our period of Annual Leave we will still be able to take messages although this will be on an intermittent basis.
In the event that your Dyson malfunctions during our period of Annual leave we hope you can wait until we reopen.

Do you use your Dyson Wand on your stairs?
... My canvassing has discovered that many people who use the hose/wand on their stairs start from the bottom up. From a practical point of view it's far easier to start at the top and work your way down as this does 2 things. Firstly any debris from the stair that doesn't get sucked into the machine will fall onto the stair immediately below it and get sucked in when you do the next stair. Secondly, you don't need to fight with the hose as it will naturally recoil gently as you move backwards and downwards. 😁👍🏻
