We are rolling out TLS for ALL of our existing Moodle and Iomad hosting client over the coming weeks. We’ll be in touch individually with the details soon. Any new hosted sites will automatically have TLS as part of their hosting agreement with E-Learn Design 😊

Patching day! New minor releases of Moodle are out today so we will be patching all 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 customer sites. Iomad patches will be pushed to github ASAP.

NEWS: We’re back!! We now have control of our cloud and are working to bring everyone back up. You should see your sites imminently. A more fulsome explanation to follow. THANK YOU all for your goodwill today xx

Statement: As you will be aware, the Data Centre which hosts all of our servers had a massive power outage where both lines into the building failed. The Data Centre E-Learn Design uses is the third largest in the world and this outage is impacting on several countries with thousands of businesses affected.
You all have our deepest apologies and assurances that we will be insisting on more detailed answers and explanations once sites are back up and running. These will be ...passed on to you.
For now, we are concentrating on getting service back up asap.
Please be aware that ALL of our backups were successful last night and are stored elsewhere.
We are, as ever, grateful for your patience and will continue to update you regularly.

The data center where our servers are located is currently experiencing a significant outage. They are working on the issue and I will update when there is further news.

It's September long weekend and we're taking a well deserved break Fri/Mon. Urgent emergency support will operate as normal and we'll be back & about on Tuesday. Let's all cross our fingers the rain stays away 😜
