East Coast Security was established after our executive identified a severe lack of continuity in other companies with their clients. Our executive viewed this as a complete lack of respect for any client who chose to use their service.

It was also identified that along with the introduction of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licencing that a number of security suppliers were simply employing persons in possession of an appropriate licence. At East Coast Security this will NEVER be the case. We only ever employ all levels of staff on the basis of them having the ability to carry out specific roles, based on there overall life experience, possession of an appropriate and valid Security Industry Authority licence and after extensive vetting procedure are complete.

East Coast Security was formed on the basis of providing a quality, individual and tailored service to ALL corporate and private clients alike by providing a professional, accountable and affordable service at all times.
We seek to gain an understanding of our clients needs, along with the associated risks. We strongly believe that understanding is the initial step required to compile the most appropriate and cost effective package. By understanding those needs and the risks associated, we can provide appropriate advice, risk assessment and services based on our expertise.

East Coast Security recognises the key to success in a competitive market is a strong, continuous commitment to all our clients through our flexibility, along with current knowledge of the industry. From the initial consultation, it will become evident all our staff, executive - operatives, follow quality practices and use logical processes to maintain the highest quality standards.

On contract award we undertake a contract survey, and compile site instructions for our officers to follow. Site instructions will only be implemented on site with signed approval of the client (or client representative).

We also ensure that clients will have the same manager deal with them every step of the way and that a member of the management team is available to be contacted by clients 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year.

All officers will receive unannounced periodic site visits by members of the management team.

Our company is small enough to maintain and provide personal commitment to our clients yet large enough to undertake and achieve the highest levels of service on each and every one of our contracts.
