East Lancashire Football Development Association

ELFDA is an alliance of the 3 major football leagues in Blackburn with Darwen, our aim is to work with all organisations to help improve facilities.

People have been talking about improving facilities in East Lancashire for years. We decided the talking had to stop. We knew that if football was going to progress in the area that actions, not words, were required. Through collective experience and expertise We have made enormous progress.
