Minutes from the town centre and The University of St Andrews, East Shore consists of spacious and modern cluster flats suitable for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. All rooms are en-suite with ¾ beds and plenty of storage. Our kitchens and lounges are very spacious and allow for the perfect dining experience with your new flat mates. All utility bills are included in your rent as well as up to 100MB WiFi throughout the property.
Cycle storage, an onsite management team, CCTV, beautiful outdoor study areas and a communal private lounge with Smart TV and a range of board games complete the package at East Shore. With spectacular views and direct access to East Sands Beach this property is like no other! We even offer dedicated blocks for Postgraduate students.

Situated in the charming and historic town of St Andrews, East Shore Student Accommodation has stunning views looking out onto a beautiful sandy beach and the North Sea. Just opposite from the accommodation is East Sands Leisure Centre. Here you can enjoy a swim, fitness class or a work-out in the well-equipped gym. If walking is your preference there’s a huge choice of local walks, starting here at East Sands with a stroll along the coastal path. The activities go on and on and include: cycling, horse riding, sailing, surfing and sky diving to mention only a few more. Another great reason for joining us here at East Shore.
