Hi all, We have received quite a few inquires about the strawberry season this past few weeks. No strawberries ready yet. We don't expect any till around the middle to end of june. We will keep you posted on how they are coming along nearer that time. Thanks to you all.

Hi all. We are now at the end of the season...already. All crops are now either finished, or very scarce. With this, we have decided the farm will close tomorrow night for the season (Sunday 29th July). We would like to thank all that visited us this year. Our crops have not performed as well as we would have liked, and many of you never got what you were after, but were kind enough to understand. We will begin to start work, preparing for next year with hope of better crops ...and manageable weather conditions. Hope to see you all then. Thankyou.

Hi all, A quick update. Strawberries are now completely finished for this year. Please do not come and expect any. Raspberries are starting to struggle with the continued hot, dry weather. Weather forecasts predicting this spell to continue for next 2 weeks (at least), we are not sure if they will crop any fruit at all. We will remain open as we still have black and redcurrants, gooseberries, and some peas(also could do with some rain).... The farm has had little to no rain since mid april, and while we irrigate when we can, this is now a very serious time for the farms crops. If you, or you know someone who is planning on visiting the farm, please note the above information, to avoid disappointment. Many thanks.

Hi all, Thanks to all that came over the weekend. We are afraid to announce that the strawberries are now scarce and not much more to come this season. We still have plenty Black and redcurrants, gooseberries, some peas available. Raspberries are just starting to come now. Thankyou.

Hi all. Very busy day today. Thanks to all that visited. Anybody coming tomorrow expect it harder to get strawberries. The hot dry weather has taken its toll on the crops. Still gooseberries, some black and redcurrants now, and a few peas were picked today. Still waiting on raspberries.... Many thanks.

Hi all, One or two strawberries again, although not not the biggest. All welcome. Wear sunscreen🍓🌞🍓🌞

Hi all. Anybody looking to come this next few days, might want to reconsider. We opened on friday, and it has been really busy. As a result there are not many strawberries, and they just need time to ripen again. Other crops are also not ready yet, and are desperate for some rain(which is not forecast anytime soon). Many thanks.

Hi folks. We are drawing to an end of our fruit season for this year. All crops are now very scarce or finished. The Barnsford Rd which you need to access our farm is to be closed Monday 31st July for a week for road repairs. With these two factors in mind, we have decided to close for the season on sunday 30th july at 5pm for this year. We would like to thank all who visited the farm this year, and apologies to those who were planning to come.... This has been one of quickest seasons in quite a few years. Remember, we will be open again next year, around the end of june. Thanks to all.

Raspberries are thin as well right now, however there is more to come. They just need a few days to ripen. Plenty of gooses currants and peas to be had. Sorry for the bad news.... Many thanks.

Morning all. It looks like its to be cracking day. Warning to all planning to come today, it might get busy, so picnics and parking might be difficult. Please be aware there might be delays at the checkout. We are now 3 weeks in, the strawberries are now not as plentiful, so not as easy to pick. However, there are some crackers to get.f Many thanks.🍓

User
