I put my car in here to get some bodywork done. Easy to find and well sign-posted. Nice reception area with helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Free hot drinks available. Did a great job on my car and you would never know that it had been damaged. Very reasonably priced and valeted inside and out. Good old fashioned service and value for money.

Why are you closed at the weekend??? Isn't this prime time for people looking at cars...! This makes no sense whatsoever! Won't let me leave NO STARS

Car was repaired here and they were great. Got a loan car even though they didn't have to. Repair was done properly as well. Great job. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered BMW from Eastern - Had from new until engine went.

Ordering process should have been a warning as delivery delays introduced late on, promised hire car during delay never arrived, car was registered as a different model and my financial details sent to a wrong address.

Constant lies and delays when dealing with Eastern BMW after the engine blew ( look up N47 issues). Service department saying they could not advice on repair cost until I pay for Engine removal and strip down. Sales department saying the car was scrap value as needed a new engine.

All complaints ignored but Eastern, BMW and group. Repeated requests for removal from marketing list still not carried out.

Attempts to contact management via email and twitter resulted in me being blocked without any communications.

I have, and will continue to tell my story to anyone who will listen and have in the last 12 months resulted in more that 10 new car buyers going elsewhere.
