Never buy a used car from them! Bought a 5 year old seat Leon. Found a fault with shaky steering wheel at high speed, which I immediately reported back to them. Took the car to their service department several times and was charged a diagnostic fee every time.. According to their technicians no fault was found and issue is still not resolved. they're refusing to fix it and to admit that they sold me a faulty product.. Avoid them like fire!

Good onsite sales help. Unfortunately let down by aggressive post-sales, including bombarding customers with daily calls about promotions.

Even after saying I wasn't interested on two occasions still received further phone calls. In the end had to block the sales number and call Western Alfa directly. Due to this I won't be buying my next car from Western Alfa.

Very positive experience in the approach offered by Pete Browne at Western Seat in Edinburgh when I purchased a new Seat Ibiza. He was very patient, courteous and not remotely pushy, which made me want to do business with him. I would recommend speaking to him particularly if you have been put off by overly aggressive sales staff elsewhere, as I was! I would have no hesitation at recommending him and also in returning to him when the time comes to change.
