Having been a landlord for over a decade now I was introduced to the team back then and they have been assisting and managing my property portfolio. Very professional, always updating me, never and issues only solution from the team. I think I have barely had a void because of there quickness to act to find another tenant. Having decided to sell my flat I want to thank Shahid and the team at Easylet for their great service over the years. I haven't had any problems with tenants and rent has been paid regularly and on time - makes being a landlord much easier. Any issues with the property were dealt with efficiently and quickly, it helps having a good team of maintenance workers available to fix and minor leaks and scrapes. All certificates and paperwork were also carried out on my behalf meaning I didn't need to research and worry about these details at all.
Ultimately I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shahid and the team at Easylet Property and if I again become a landlord in the future would certainly engage their services once again.
