Just bought a second hand Honda PCX. The service from these guys was fantastic, they could not have been more helpful. Thanks to Rory and Martin.

I would like to say a big thank you to all guys in Ecosse Motorcycle, especially Scott (blond guy) for helping my dad buy his motorbike. He was extremely helpful and very funny, make this more enjoyable.

Maybe one day I will decide to have one :). Keep going with good work.

I have never ever met a brilliant customer service as good as this. Broke down near the place on Saturday and took my bike in to get an electrical fault sorted. They were just closing but had a look. I was given a bike for free to allow me to attend an event. Came back Monday and bike was not seen to due to ones already booked in. The mechanic (Jason) then worked on it after hours and fixed the fault. My bill was peanuts after it. Awesome guys, Jason, Scott and the owner Martin. Superb service from all of your team. A genuine credit to the industry. Many many thanks guys.

I have been around bikes for a long time. I have dealt with a few dealers, however I have to say that the service I have received from Scott and the team at Ecosse Motorcycles has been the best. I don't think I will ever visit another dealership. Thank you so much guys. 5� just does not do you justice. * UPDATE* just bought my second bike from Ecosse and once again the best service anyone could ask for. Thanks again guys.

I called these guys on Thursday about a bike.

They gave me the options and I picked one.

A lovely gentleman by the name of Scott got the finance sorted within 20 - 30 minutes.

He called me back and said I could go down the next day and sign all the documents.

Bearing in mind I had called them the day before at about 4pm and they close at half 5, that is quick by anyone's standards.

I went to the shop with my sister in law ( She's caught the motorcycle bug too ) and we were greeted with a free can of Irn Bru.

He showed me the bike, talked me through the details and advised I could come the next day to collect it.

I went today ( Saturday ) to get the bike, He had put some petrol in it, PDI'd it, registered it, taxed it and said I could take ANOTHER can of Irn Bru for the road.

So...

I called on Thursday, Went to see it on Friday and brought it home on Saturday.

The staff were friendly, funny all round cool chaps to chat too and made me feel comfortable with everything.

I had been trying to get another bike financed for over a week and the company I was using were ridiculous. Slow, didn't inform me of anything and made it a long and tedious process.

The guys at Ecosse made everything easy.

Can't thank you enough guys.

Me and my wife are new to the biking community and popped in to see if they had any 125's in stock. Was informed that there was a decent one with good mileage up in Aberdeen and it was arranged to have it brought down to Dundee for us to have a look at. Bought the bike and Martin the owner personally delivered it free of charge to our house for us.



I popped in again today with a couple of queries and was shown excellent customer service and given sound advice from Scott and Mark.



Me and my wife will both be buying our 'big bikes' from Ecosse when the time comes.

Excellent, welcoming team. It has been a fantastic experience getting all the gear and my first bike; will definitely be back for an upgrade once I have the experience to manage something with a bigger engine.

Bought two bikes from ecosse now and really can't fault the service! Friendly guys! Very helpful and knowledgeable. At no point were we put under pressure to buy! Visited the shop several times over the weeks until we found the bike for us!

Best dealer I've been to hands down, none spared when it comes to service from Scott, not interested in taking your money and running unlike some other dealers. Any time I've had to wait I've had a spin on one of the demo bikes, their mechanic is also the most thorough I've come across.
