Ecoveta Description
I set up Noahs Ark Baby after having my little boy Noah in July 2011 and deciding to cloth nappy him. I then discovered my love for sewing and started making items for Noah and decided to branch out to make for others too. I make wetbags, reusable wipes, reusable snack and sandwich bags, cutlery rolls, reusable kitchen roll and have added a range of babywearing /handbags too : ) xx
Items are custom made to order, with occasional instock items available to purchase. To place an order please either PM me or visit my shop where custom items can be purchased also.
Payment;
I invoice for payment for all orders via paypal. It is also possible to pay using credit or debit card through this method without having a paypal account.
Postage;
Post and Packing will be £3. 50 for small packages up to 1Kg, £7. 35 for small parcels 1-2Kg, £6. 15 for medium parcels up to 1Kg and £9. 40 for medium parcels 1-2Kg. Postage will be first class standard with an additional charge of £1. 10 for 'signed for' delivery if you require this. Proof of postage is always obtained for items sent standard delivery.
For items falling into the larger Small parcel and medium parcel options on Royal Mail, Courier delivery will be arranged instead to reduce cost.
Returns;
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the item, provided that the item is returned in perfect, unused condition in its original packaging. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for personalised items unless they are faulty.
Return postage to be paid by the buyer (unless faulty). If you wish to return an item, please email us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods to inform us of your decision to return the items. The refund will be effected once the unwanted goods have been received by me.
