Eden Festival 2020 will be held from the 11th - 14th of June near Moffat in the South of Scotland
Eden Festival Description
Eden Festival is a truly energetic, vibrant and independent boutique Scottish festival showcasing fresh music, electrifying performances, varying different arts in the Dumfries & Galloway area.
Set in the stunning Raehills Meadows and hosting 11 different stages, including a kids arena, circus tent, drive in cinema, comedy club, cabaret and workshops, as well as a feast of performers, local artworks, local produce, games and much, much more.
The aim behind the festival is to provide a 3 day celebration of music, dance, culture and community built on an ecologicaly sound and carbon friendly set of principles, exhibiting live music alongside stunning decorations and surroundings.
The open-air Devorgilla Stage is to be host to some of the greatest underground bands of the last 20 years from Celtic, Roots, Tango, Reggae, Klezmer, Samba, Afrobeat, Folk, Balkan, Gypsy and Ska. The stage itself will be as impressive as the line-up it provides.
The Ghillie Dhu Dance Tent will be home to everything from Drum 'n' Bass to Psy-trance back to funk, soul, swing, then on to Dubstep and Breakbeat and anything in between - there will be something to suit any fan of dance music. This stage will exhibit live percussion instrumental dance music from many cultures and influences until nightfall descends.
Immerse yourself in the enticing, warm and exotic atmosphere of the Furry Chillum stage, exhibiting accoustic, brass, swing, soul, funk and a heavy smattering of the bazzar. The tent's unique soundsystem will be provided by Jumblesale Sounds and hosted on the back of a stunning vintage truck.
Rabbie's Tavern will provide an auld Scottish bar to drink the local hooch with live bands playing celtic, roots, rockabilly and anything else that makes you stomp your foot, hoist yer tankerds and get yer melons oot! Rabbies Tavern will also have a traditional Scottish ceilidh each night.
The hidden 'Nude is Good' stage with accompanying sauna. . . . . shhhhhh. . . . its a secret. .
The exotically absorbing Vishnu Lounge provides an area to chill, chai and chat in one of the most remarkable festival chill out lounges to date.
Children are very welcome and there will be activities and events to keep them happy at the Shelly Coat Kids Tent, which will be run by a team of dedicated and experienced staff who will ensure they are kept enthused and entertained!

This festival was the making of me! I went in 2017 for the first time with very low expectations due to the stigma attached to festivals. However, this is a very different experience that can not be understood unless you have been! I was in a very bad place between 2016-2017 and this festivals atmosphere alone was enough to make me feel 100X better. The people that were there turned that to 1000000X better! Glad to be a part of such a great family! #notjustafestival! #EDENfamily! ÔøΩ

THE BEST FESTIVAL EVER! Second year at Eden and it was even better than the first. Went with a lovely group of people and we all had the most amazing time. So sad that it's over! The setting is stunning and you feel so safe and comfortable as everyone is so lovely. Didn't experience one bit of bother from anyone. Music is on point with plenty to see. Love how small it is and you can navigate around with no bother. Family friendly and lush atmosphere. Amazing job by all involved! Also have to mention the cleanest portaloo's!! Our first festival... Can't rate it highly enough. Me and my 8 year old son had an absolute blast and I think this will become an annual 'must do' for the pair of us!!

Incredible acts,so much to do,forever discovering new creative touches that you hadn't noticed before and the warmest of people...what more more could you want! Eden Festival hands down is the absolute greatest!
I've just come back from a truly magical time at Eden 18. What a happily organised event from beginning to end and from side to side... The weather was fantastic apart from a thundery shower on Saturday afternoon.
How do you find the words to review a weekend that was so phenomenal? First Eden for me and first festival and camping for my 4 year old and can’t wait to take her back. Fantastic variation of music, super friendly, happy, chilled festival goers, soooo much for bairns to do, great selection of food stalls and booze was so reasonable for a festival. Musical highlights for me was Bombskare, Colonol Mustard and Peatbog Faeries as well as a dance to some slamming techno late on when we got a pass from my pal’s parents, who watched the mini troops. The wee boat at Dingles kept the bairns entertained for ages so we could chill and enjoy some other music. The kids zone was fantastic too. My daughter was the wee one throwing herself around in the puddles after the rain on Sunday having an absolute riot and on Monday she asked ‘mammy, can we stay here forever’ which says it all for me!
Ha Kyle for an unforgettable weekend . My 5 year old had the best time ever . So family friendly and everyone was so nice . Can’t wait for next year already cannot recommend enough xxx
Great for music lovers, festival lovers and families looking for a perfect little trip. Very friendly staff, Welfare and Medical Centre staffed with professional Medicsto look after you should you require it or even just a little chinwag.
Fabulous weekend! Good music, good company, just generally good vibesss ÔøΩ shame about the security company this year, putting a slight damper on things. Massive respect to the people that put Eden on and to everyone performing!! ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ
