- 60ml Hop Gin... - 30ml fresh lime juice - 15ml sugar syrup - 8 mint leaves
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled glass. 🍸

Our twist on a classic! Try adding Oak Gin to a Negroni to add a touch of rich oak spice with added caramel notes. ▪️1 part Oak Gin ▪️1 part Campari ▪️1 part Red Vermouth

What a good way to spend a wet morning. Really good fun & guide was very informative without being to technical.

My overall impression is of a team of people who really love their jobs & are passionate about the products.

Certainly left with a new understanding of gin, not to mention a rather warm glow too !!!

We have just arrived home from a lovely beer tour. The staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. It was really informative and the beers were great. Would really recommend this tour or at the very least check out the shop.



We will be back in the very near future to try the gin tour.

Visited yesterday with my girlfriend for the beer and gin tours.very informative talks on the history of the site,plans to grow bigger and the process of making beer/gin from jasmine and johnathan.tasting was excellent �,well worth doing!!!.be back next year for the whisky tour �

Today we visited for the Gin Tour. It is an excellent tour. Extremely interesting and great value for money. Our tour guide Fern made the tour extremely informative and engaging. I can highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in gin. They also do beer tours and whisky tours. Thanks once again to Fern for leafing our tour.

The Tour at Eden Mill is absolutely fantastic and Chis the tour guide was such an ambassador for this forward thinking company. So good to hear the whole story and how this company are investing locally and bringing the art of being a distillery back. The Gin tasting was just fabulous. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Brilliant �

Stunning. Superb value for money. Our guide Max was brilliant , enthusiastic and informative. Gin on arrival , then 3 more very interesting and different ones to try at the end. Gin and mixers I wouldn't every have thought of. No pressure to buy at the end although it was far too nice not to. Can't wait to go back. Amazing

Loved the gin tour yesterday (fabulous Mother’s Day present �) .... I had no idea about the history or the production beforehand so Holly was the perfect guide linking historical facts with all the hand finished products. Gin tasting was enlightening - chilli and hop gin � with a new found gin appreciator converted after tasting oak gin orange & ginger ale �. Loving your work Eden Mill �

Love this place! Visited 3 years ago for a wee tour on our 10th Anniversary where we bought a bottle of Love Gin that is being saved for a particular occasion. We have now moved into our first home tonight and are toasting our Eden Mill Celtic Invincibles Gin and the 1967 Lisbon Lions Whisky on our first night here. Eden Mill will always be very special� Make sure you book a wee tour�

I attended with two friends to the gin tour yesterday and it was super! Jasmin our tour guide was great at presenting an informative and enjoyable tour with great knowledge of the history and showing a great love for her job. Would recommend to family and friends and hope to return again soon.

Highly recommend the Gin Tour. Was treated to this as a birthday surprise and loved every minute. Our guide Max was very knowlegable on all aspects of Eden Mill . I will return with friends and family

Got invited by my friend yesterday to do the gin tasting tour and have to say it was a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended. If you like gin this is a must

Fab tour, and Chris the tour guide was friendly and funny and made the history of the company very interesting. All taster Gins were lovely with the mixer...my favourites were the Love Gin with the Rose Lemonade, Original Gin with grapefruit and the Whiskey based Gin with Ginger Ale....would defo recommend and was a lovely pre birthday treat ��

Bumped into Steve in his wee Fiat 500 laden with Eden Mill gins in Balgrove larder shop. Several samples later and with a bottle of the Summer punch him from the shop we are off home to enjoy some more Eden Mill in the sun. Thanks Steve you made my birthday ���

My favourite gin, would highly recommend, my most recent one was the oak version, brilliant, the only thing that lets it down is the poorly designed glasses in the gift box, stick to buying the bottles on their own ���

Terrible customer service! Order made back in May and gave it plenty of time to arrive (I'm in the Highlands) I emailed on the 7th Jun (confirmed by your staff that it was received today on the phone). I also chased the currier directly who informed me that the order was no longer in their hands and responsibility had been passed back to you. You have had two weeks in which at no time did you make any attempt to contact me to inform me or to try and re order. This is simply not good enough! Why members of your staff cannot have the foresight to do this is beyond me, and to top it off I am now to wait for at least two weeks until it is back in stock! This was to be a birthday present but sadly the day has passed! But don't worry, I've been refunded the delivery charge �

Ordered 2 bottles on the 21st, logged in on the 25th to see my order status was closed, but I had not received a "your order has been dispatched" email. I sent in a message on the 25th saying I did not understand why my order status was closed was there a problem. I received an email saying it should be with you by Friday the first at the latest. After the post had been delivered on the first I contacted them again saying that I still had received no "your order has been dispatched" email and that I was assured that my order would be delivered by the 1st. I have not had any reply to my two attempts to contact last them last Friday, I think that is quite poor service.
