Tom was fantastic. We needed to find the right car in the right budget for our father and Tom was the man to speak to. A wealth of knowledge and a friendly relaxed manner made this an easy task for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Edinburg Car Store and Tom to anybody!!

I went there to look for a car to buy in part-exchange. The dealer was welcoming at first and gave me the opportunity to sit in the car I chose. During the negotiation, the dealer said that the deal was valid on condition that my car would pass the MOT and expressly that "the deposit was totally refundable". I am aware that my mistake was to trust him rather than read carefully the really small notes at the bottom of the piece of paper I signed.
The day after, when I called to let him know that I changed my mind, the dealer refused to pay back the deposit!
Be careful with this company and definitively don't trust anybody there!

Purchased my first car from this dealership last week after being recommended by friends.

I have had one small issue since having the car but with 6 months warranty and 12 months RAC breakdown included this was not a worry and Tom made sure this was fixed hassle free.

I purchased a Car from this garage at the start of June 2017 and traded in my 2 year old car, To say I do NOT recommend this garage is an understatement! Had countless issues with it being riddled with damp to a shudder coming from the car, After countless emails that weren't replied to I eventually received an email asking for the car to be brought back to Edinburgh to be fixed (6 hour round trip for us) as they weren't prepared to pay for us to get this all fixed locally customer service is absolutely shocking they clearly only see £££ signs and want nothing more to do with you! My husband has since found the cause of the problem with damp and it turns out the windscreen seel has completely gone to the point you can push in the windscreen and it comes away from the car! I have a 2 year old child also that has asthma that I can't put in the car and there was no mention of them paying our fuel, accommodation ect if the car was taken back to Edinburgh, Stay well clear I have never purchased a car from a small garage before and this is the reason why, I have been totally ripped off and spent money to try and get this car sorted. I wouldn't even give this 1 star !!

I bought my first car from this dealership about a month ago and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The service I received from Tom was top notch and he couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful in ensuring I picked the right car for me.

Went to look at one car but ended up with another, great choice of cars and Tom and his team were very easy to deal with.
