This is second time I have used Edinburgh Carpet Warrhouse and once again I received great customer service and a good price (I even received a discount for being a returning customer). Good assistance in store with selecting my bedroom carpet followed with good service through to Chris the carpet fitter who disposed of my old carpet and laid the new one in a timely manner. Excellent job and I’m delighted wiith how it looks and feels. Would always recommend.

Went in to look at carpet and flooring. We where in the shop for about 30 minutes. No one offered to help or assist us. Not even one person asked if we needed help not a single acknowledgment we were in the shop. In the end we walked out this used to be the best carpet shop but seems to have gone massively down hill.

My wife and I recently had our entire new-build house carpeted and floored by Edinburgh Carpet Warehouse and we were delighted with the service we received. Their showroom has a huge array of carpets and flooring, which made choosing the ideal options difficult, but we were helped by the highly knowledgeable office manager, who then liaised with our builder to ensure the carpets and floors were laid before we moved in.

The process was stress free, the price was very reasonable and the quality of the finished product was immaculate. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff whom we had contact (yourself, Greg, Mya, Brian and Stevie), for the truly excellent service and support.

As you know we had a manufacture fault with our new carpet. Greg (the fitter) kindly pointed this our to us and understandably did not proceed with the fitting. In all honesty my husband and I may have missed the problem initially so we were really grateful to Greg for highlighting the problem.

We are so thankful then for the tremendous job that you did in trying to get a replacement carpet at short notice due to the iminent arrival of our visitors.

Everyone pulled out the stops and we are thoroughly delighted with our replacement carpet which is almost an exact match (thanks Brian for your help with this.)

So in summary...brilliant service, fantastic staff and tremendous follow up and support. Please feel free to use any of the above in your internal/external communications.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Edinburgh Carpet Warehouse. We ordered a bedroom carpet for my little boy and will be back in March to order carpets for the rest of the house. I was kept up to date throughout the sale, right through to the point of fitting. I have also recommended my daughter as she will be moving out in the summer. 5*****

Service was great up until the payment was made in advance after that I have had one of the worst customer service experiences ever to date. Having spent 1k+ at their business you would expect better customer service. I would not use their services again after the way I was treated.

I was phoned a day before the fitting to confirm the fitting time between 9am-1pm. On the fitting day after the fitter had not turned up I chased the company 3 times before being told late in the afternoon that it cannot be done due to an emergency. After wasting money on holding other work in the house, a holiday from work and all my friends time who had taken time out to help with the move I was given a new fitting day 2 days later and a promise of a call from the manager the next day. Which lo and behold I never got and had to chase again the day after. The response was an apology and dismissal of any problems caused by saying the carpets are now getting fitted.

After money was in their account I felt they did not care or provide a service at all after the sale, as I had to get the service from them myself after chasing again and again.

Great service and advice. Very easy to deal with to arrange measurements and fittings. Would highly recommend and use again.

.great service just what you would exspect i would use again no problem .carpet fitter was pure diamond very friendly lots of smiles good sense of humour and did a fantastic job .
could not do enough for you he even fixed my floor boards from sqeeking anylonger thats what i call sqeeky free fab service .
