Up-to-date facilities and friendly and helpful staff. The female who served me patiently responded to me even when I made an I-change-my-idea request. Will use their services again.

Please be aware of the post office that sell Wi Fi!!! As it started 16 pound per month! Then more than doubled!!!, after the 12 month point!! All that should be pointed out,but of course why would they do that!!! When they can rip people off!!! Going to get in touch with lawyer's about this as am not the only 1 whom this has been done!! I love the self service area for posting parcels and printing stamps. While I appreciate it's not easy for everyone, I've found it really helpful in not having to take a ticket and wait for service at the counter. Less waiting time means you're in and out again pretty quickly. Staff have always been helpful.

There is one female staff who is very indifferent, she is a shame of this friendly city.
Other staffs are rather helpful and friendly.

Ridiculously helpful staff, willing to dedicate time and recommend options that are the very best for the customer.

The staff at the counter was super polite and helpful — he detailedly explained different mailing options, and taped my mail securely for me before sending, whereas in the Forrest Road post office I was asked to purchase a masking tape. Great service/branch.

Excellent service ...Great stuff... just visited today to biometric enrollment they staff are Helpful and Courteous. Job done in less than 5 mins.

Rubbish over-the-counter currency exchange rates for Euros, triple the cost of paying online and collecting there (I found out afterwards). Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else for a better deal!
