Great cause, great idea......... it's a shame the collections team are utterly useless! There is a clear lack of communication between staff, who were very unpleasant to deal with, and made it painfully tedious to donate and support. As well as this, the drivers were 3 hours late for the arranged collection time. Not great.

Rude, incompetent and mean staff. You would think that with it being a charity to help the homeless the staff and management would treat their customers with more respect. I was completely outraged with the way I was treated and because of this they lost out on £250. I would avoid and go elsewhere in the future. 😐

Always find something I need, whether its a sofa or a mirror. Excellent staff, service and cause.

Prices are good. But they don't ever see to have anything worth buying

Lots of great deals here. I've bought a range of stuff over the years and I can only recommend. They often have really beautiful pieces of furniture at knock down prices.

Brilliant place. Great stock. Friendly helpful staff. No 'foosty' smell. Everything looks very clean.
