seems to be a great organisation. I know a few people who are part of this and they are all folk that I would recommend if you needed a trader. I would use them any time I was looking for a particular service.

We are a well established family run Traditional Roofing Company, established over 40 years - we are very proud to be listed within this scheme as the vetting & stringent checks go above & beyond any other scheme we have looked into. There are too many 'Cowboys' & 'Fly by Night' contractors that attempt to give us all a bad name & reputation - this scheme is well recognised now & our clients are very thankfull of the scheme, it's ease of access, ability to check reviews & customer support from both the scheme & trading standards.



Haven't looked back once since joining & providing we keep our 'socks up' will remain an approved contractor.

My first experience of using Edinburgh Trusted Trader and I found it very good from start to finish.

It is a reassuring service knowing that the various traders are credible and professional in what they do.

I have used several tradespeople through the trusted trader website after my share of cowboys. Now won’t use a trader who isn’t on the site.

I have used Trusted Trader for the first time and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found a very good painter and decorator (Dean McCathie Painter and Decorator) and I have been very pleased with both the professionalism of the contractor and the ease with which the Trusted Trader website can be used.

Great scheme from which we discovered Apex Signs Ltd., Edinburgh, and they did us proud with two 'No Skateboarding' notices now installed in strategic places .

Edinburgh Trusted Trades is a great scheme. I have used a couple of companies from here - Lumen Electrical Services to name one and I was delighted with them, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After hearing a couple of stories recently about botched workmanship I signposted people to check for trades people on Edinburgh Trusted Trader. We've been members since its inception and they are very thorough in their checks before letting businesses join them. They are always on hand with helpful advice and support if needed. Unfortunately we had to call on them to mediate with a client and they handled this in a professional manner and resolved the situation quickly and amicably.
