Edinburgh University Film Society

Edinburgh University Film Society is Scotland's leading, and longest running, student-run cinema. We show a variety of films encompassing recent releases, arthouse, cult and classics to students of the Edinburgh universities, and the wider local community. We provide training in all aspects of running a community cinema to our volunteer staff, and many have gone on to jobs in the film industry as cinema managers, projectionists, advertising buyers, festival directors and programmers.
