Be like Kristina, Tess and Sophie by choosing EUWAFC. In this post they are explaining why it’s the ONLY extra- curricular club to join during your masters degree.

We couldn’t be more jealous of Jane Marshall, our health and well-being officer 😱😱😱 who went to Barcelona to take part in Santander universities UK initiative to support female talent in both sport and professional life 🇪🇸 🇪🇸⚽️ ⚽️
Here’s what Jane has to say about her trip:
“I don't even know where to start. This was an unforgettable experience aimed at the development of women's leadership in the football and business setting. @santanderuni kindly hosted this 'Women in Foot...ball' Trip in Barcelona, inviting myself and 83 other incredible female students from all over the UK.
The trip involved a Thought Leadership Session where we were able to interact and network with one another as well as meeting some inspirational women. Maria Teixidor, who is responsible for women's football at FC Barcelona, and Susan Allen, Head of Retail and Business Banking at Santander, were two influential figures sitting on the panel. We also took part in a training session led by 'Chapi' Ferrer, ex-Barca and Chealsea player. On the Wednesday night we attended the Barcelona v Lyon Champions League game and cheered Barca on to a 5-1 win...Messi must have been trying to impress me!
The whole trip highlighted the need for equality and diversity within the sport and business settings, especially for women. @santanderuni are doing a fantastic to job to encourage this throughout communities, helping create a more inclusive and diverse environment for all.
This trip allowed me to see the encouraging progression in equality, especially in football, but has also made me realise we still have a long way to go.
I cannot express how thankful I am for this opportunity from Santander Universities, FCBarcelona , Edinburgh University and everyone involved! THANK YOU!”
