Customer service and attitude completely wrong for a wholesale merchants. Only gave them 2 stars as he did say please when asking for his pen back otherwise it would of been 1 star. Staff need to be sacked or sent on public relations courses.

From my personal experience: arrogant, rude and unhelpful on the phone. Unfortunately a company is only as good as its front of house staff. It may be that I spoke to this particular chap on a bad day. However, my experience was bad enough for me to write a negative review. Sorry guys, not acceptable.
