I have used Edzell for the past 5 years to rent out and manage my flats. A great company to deal with - good communication and deal promptly and courteously with any issues that may arise. Would definitely recommend.

Been with for over 2 years and never had an issue always very friendly if I've called up about a query. Had issue with boiler today and within an hour of ringing up I had maintainence out and it waa sorted! Forgot the guys name but lovely guy. Cant fault at the service at all! And even got a bar of chocolate :)

Been with edzell for over 6 years now. Very easy to get a hold of for any issues. Lucy in the office and William the handy man, both extremely helpful and friendly !! Great service all round 🖒

Very poor service. Charged us huge bills for small repairs, were late making payments by weeks. Were difficult to get hold of and didn't return calls. Our tenant paid late 3 out of 6 times. They were rude and unhelpful on the phone. Very Disappointing!

Tried to cheat me to pay community charge they were liable for.

If only I could give zero stars. Avoid like the plague. The good reviews on here are from staff and friends of Edzell, says it all.

I'm still waiting for Edzell to refund my float months after we fired them as Factors of our development in Dennistoun.

I am still waiting. Edzell neither acknowledge or reply to emails. They still have not refunded my float 6 months after they were fired as Factors of our development in Dennistoun.

Don't use this company if you ever want a response about a problem in your flat.....
