Edzell Tweedie

This lovely little tearoom set at the back of the old woolen mill on the way into Edzell from Brechin, is well worth a visit..they have a good range of items on their menu from delicious tray bakes & scones ( of which there is a daily Special) to baked potatoes & quiches. There are also seasonal desserts such as plum & apple crumble from strawberrys & ice cream..They also have a farm shop as well as a good gift & clothes shop..very well worth a visit but you might have to wait for a table during holiday season...

Good selection of lunch choices and a fast and friendly service. The food was tasty enough for a quick bite at lunchtime and the service was fast and efficient.

Great food in a friendly shop.

My sister who has anxiety issues has a registered therapet and we asked if we could come in. We were allowed to enter but from the moment we were in until we left we were watched like we were up to no good. Very uncomfortable throughout even when paying at the till, the lady made no eye contact and was too busy looking at my daughter and niece like they were about to steal something. Very much a LOCAL SHOP FOR LOCAL PEOPLE AVIOD!

Only spoiled by the slightly overcooked burger. Everything else was perfect.
