Effective Health is how I can help you improve your health through no nonsense practical advice and information. I have been on my own effective health journey since July 2013. I lost 36 kilos (81 pounds) through self taught fitness and nutrition strategies. These strategies do not involve spending hours and days in the gym or starving yourself.
