Eilean Dudh Smokehouse is a unique artisan smokehouse which smokes local produce including fresh fish and game from the Highlands of Scotland.

Situated on the Black Isle, we are a small, artisan smokehouse who use only the highest quality local produce and ingredients. When smoking our products, it is important to us to obtain the best quality produce before we start the smoking produce.
By doing this, we can ensure that the customer gets a smoked product unlike no other.
