Was told by the Apple Store that my iPod couldn't be repaired as the parts required for the repair were no longer available and I would need to buy a new one. EK Repairs were able to fix it within a couple of days for a very reasonable price.

Used this service as my husbanda iPad screen smashed. It was completed within the agreed timescale. Nice touch was thefollow up emails enquiring if all was well and to ensure the ipad was working correctly.

I was impressed with the aervice and cost.

Following this I recommend the company to a friend who's iPhone screen had smashed and wanted it back the same day.

I would definitely recommend this company however hope i will not require it again 😋

Took two iphones here to have the screens replaced around 1 month ago. One of the phones has been playing up a bit since then. I was a bit worried about contacting EK Repairs again as a month had passed but they asked me to take the phone in so they could have a look at it. A couple of hours later and the problem has been explained to us and sorted with no issues at all and no extra charge. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Sorted my PS4 problem in one day which was locked in safe mode. I had tried everything that Sony instructed me to do and even then it would not work so Sony said I was to send it to them for repair which would likely cost £125 and with no timescale of return. Took it to this shop and it was fixed in a day for £35. Thanks a lot guys. 👌🏻

Replaced the rear screen on my S8 even though the frame was bent they made it fit and sorted the speaker great service would highly recommend EK Repairs five stars no problem

I honestly cannot thank these guys enough! My phone had a small crack in the screen after an accident last week, But last night out of the blue the screen just completely stopped responding. This morning my phone was collected at 11:30 and delivered back to my house within 2 hours absolutely immaculate. Such polite, accommodating staff and amazing value for money. I am delighted! � � � � �

Had a few repairs done here. All have been excellent. Will use again.

Great service, replaced screen quickly. But had a small problem, with audio, which they fixed the next day, free of charge.

Highly recommend to all, if you break your phone. Or you could take better care of it, & not drop it in first place?

Great service today smashed my screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and these guys had my phone less than an hour and was given back in great condition. Bonus is they are open until 7pm also!

Customer Service Review!! I read a couple of negative feedbacks about customer service. Doing your job right is commedable but how you deal with problems is where i appreciate good service. I got an ipad smashed screen replaced in good time but when i got it home and removed the protective cover i could see a small crack on the new screen beside the home button. I took it back in, no quibble. A 2nd new screen was again replaced same day!! Brilliant service thank you!

Absolute cracking service. 3 times ive had my phone in for repair (stupid me �) and always had it back the same day in great condition.

I had difficulty opening up my e mails the young man who fixed it for me was very attentive and could not do enough to make sure my I pad was working and up to date I would and have passed on another satisfied customer and will definitely use them again if required

Wont be going back there ever, avoid it like the plague.

Took my Samsung tablet in as it wasnt charging right, dropped it off with my charger as well. Was told i would get a call later that day with a quote, if not then it would be the next day.

2 days later still not heard anything, so i call in to be informed that my charger socket was damaged and needed replaced, cant remember the exact price but it was around £50 give or take a few pounds. Thought this was a bit steep but i needed my tablet sorted so ok'd it.

Got a call about an hour later to inform me that in order to replace the socket, they had to lift the screen and there was a chance it might break, if this happened it would cost ME £150.

I queried this and asked why it would cost me if it was them that broke it in he process of doing the repair. I was told i would have to pay as they wouldnt cover the breakage and wouldnt be held liable for it, I queried is that not what their insurance was for to be told the same again. So i told them to stop what they were doing not to do anything to my tablet and i would be straight down to collect it.

When i got home i looked out the box of my tablet to get its details so i could go to the proper Samsung repair place only to find that i still had 10 days left on my extra warranty i had taken out at PC World. So i was straight down there, dropped off my tablet, got a call 2 days later to come and collect it, it was the USB cable for the charger that was damaged and it was all sorted now.

Tablet charges perfectly now.

Avoid this place as they dont have a clue and obviously dont have any kind of liability insurance to cover any damages on their part, absolute joke that they tried to pass off their potential damages onto the customer

If you have any sort problem with a hard drive DO NOT take it to EK Repairs or you will most likely get it back in pieces with the memory wiped - picture of my hard drive in the comments. The initial problem I had was a slightly bent USB jack, making it hard to access my files on the drive without having to hold the wire in place.



Before I even brought my drive to them I emailed to inquire whether it was something they could fix, to which they told me to bring it in. When looking at it in person I was told they would need to see if they could order a particular part in first, before doing anything and so I left it with them and was told that they would ring me later that day to confirm whether they could go forward or not.



I didn't get a call until the next day, where I was informed they had opened it up and that it had been damaged. They then asked, "there wasn't anything on there, right?" I was then told they would try to restore it with the resources they had, if not it would need to be sent away and that they would call me later that day. Yet again no call. It was only when my friend was collecting his repairs and enquired about mine, that they said it had been sent away but I received no direct information on this. So I emailed and the next day got the response "Sorry we tried to change hard drive but didn't work, you can come pick your laptop up and we can advise a specialist you could try".



When I came in to collect, it was in pieces and to rub salt into the wound, when I asked about recommendations I was told they didn't know of any places. They tried to explain the problem but contradicted themselves multiple times - one minute saying it wasn't damaged, the next saying it came in damaged. They were completely useless and weren't even apologetic.



I naively thought this was a simple fix, since phones have similar problems with their charging ports all the time and manage to get fixed just fine. My theory is that they didn't fully know what they were doing, decided to open the drive up to have a tamper about and chance their luck. They could have told me they didn't have the expertise to fix it but instead I now have a way bigger problem that will cost me probably over a hundred pounds to fix - that is if it can be restored all!



To make matters worse they didn't even remember to turn off their automated email responses and I received an email checking whether my repairs where still all good. So thanks for reminding me to write this! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

When I came in to collect, it was in pieces and to rub salt into the wound, when I asked about recommendations I was told they didn't know of any places. They tried to explain the problem but contradicted themselves multiple times - one minute saying it wasn't damaged, the next saying it came in damaged. They were completely useless and weren't even apologetic.



I naively thought this was a simple fix, since phones have similar problems with their charging ports all the time and manage to get fixed just fine. My theory is that they didn't fully know what they were doing, decided to open the drive up to have a tamper about and chance their luck. They could have told me they didn't have the expertise to fix it but instead I now have a way bigger problem that will cost me probably over a hundred pounds to fix - that is if it can be restored all!



To make matters worse they didn't even remember to turn off their automated email responses and I received an email checking whether my repairs where still all good. So thanks for reminding me to write this! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I would avoid this company, after a repair to my iPad mini screen left it unusable. I had to go elsewhere, and the other company discovered incredibly poor workmanship with parts missing inside my iPad. There are other local company’s far more professional and reliable.
