to get any table in Edinburgh on a rugby night when Scotland beat Oz was always going to be hard but the staff whizzed over to the pub we were waiting in to tell us the table was free - we then had the most amazing service with tremendous food ...all 4 of us told the waiter to give us their 8 best dishes and we shared all 8 - the best dish was the duck and the beef tongue but to be honest all 8 were superb washed down with the icy margarita cocktails - the wait in the pub was worth every minute and we cant wait to go back - def the best modern mexican in town - thanks El Cartel Edinburgh
