Just went had hot wax for the 1st time (Hollywood ) by Carina she is amazing made me feel really comfortable, salon is clean and staff are friendly and welcoming will be booking my next appointment soon and incentive vouchers off are great. Take care and see you soon I will be back xx

I went into Elajè Cambridge today for the first time and from start to finish it was a fabulous experience.

I had my hair coloured brunette and I thought it would be a long and tough process as my hair was bleached blonde and was just in bad condition however Becky who did my hair today made it a pleasant experience that went smoothly. All the girls were so friendly and helpful and Becky was very professional yet warm throughout the appointment. I even had a consultation at the start of the appointment explaining what I wanted to benefit out of the appointment today which I thought was fantastic as I have never experienced that in a salon before! Overall I think the salon is brilliant and I highly recommend you go there and ask for becky as I’ve never been so happy with my hair in a long time.

I’ve fallen back in love with my hair and that’s all down to you Becky (and team) so thank you x

I knew I was in safe hands for my whimsical choice of lilac hair for the summer. So pleased with the result - colour and cut. Thanks Fiona! And such a bonus that it is just such a nice place to spend an hour or two.

I came to the salon for the first time yesterday and had my hair cut and styled by Alana. She was brilliant! I really appreciated having the time taken to consult with me about my hair routine, hair condition and style I wanted before getting "stuck in" with the appointment. The complimentary head and shoulder massage was an absolute bonus too! Left feeling very relaxed and super happy with my new-do. This is definitely the hairdressers for me! See you again!

Honestly would never go anywhere else! Been using the salon on and off for 5 years, but I am now content I would never dream of leaving! All the stylists and beauticians are honestly amazing, and it is such a professional and clean environment. I would recommend to anyone!

Had my hair done yesterday. Everyone was friendly, explained everything, listenend to me, advised me, wanted to know about mw and my hair and it was just so lovely! I had purple bits in the end by Becky and cutting/Drying/Straightening by Chad! So happy! Thankyou you guys!

Fiona was absolutely amazing. Took her time with the consultation to make sure I was happy. The result was beautiful. Lucy was also brilliant, lovely blow dry and loosely waved to compliment the colour. Excellent service and excellent staff! Highly recommend to anyone.
