I ordered a treatment through 5pm deals. It took me almost a week to get through to someone on the phone, When I did, I was advised that it would be four weeks before I could book in for an appointment due to voucher sales.

Due to work commitments, the next time I was able to call them up was just under a week after the voucher expired. I asked if they would be able to make an exception and was told no, I lost my money and there was no refund for the voucher.

I'm utterly disappointed with the ELB. Don't sell tickets you don't have the facilities to book within a week. I have bought vouchers from many suppliers of services and products through 5pm and none of them have ever not been able to provide the service they have offered within a fortnight. I'm on £25 out of pocket and totally disgusted.

No one there when I arrived, waited 25 mins for my treatment. Cold room. Asked for specific massage on neck and shoulders she said she would and either forgot or didn't want to do that, even when I was asked what I wanted on the form I had to complete before my massage. My hour treatment was 40 minutes. Would not return.
