Elegance Brows And Nails

Horrendous! Staff were rude, harsh and rash. I went to get my eyebrows threaded, this should be a pleasant pampering experience that relaxes people, however; staff were ignorant and unkind, even when my eyes were watering the lady was still going hard at my brow. No creams were used on my skin to soften it before and this has left me with a breakout around the brows. I honestly felt like I was suffering and once I had paid i burst into tears in front of my partner. I would avoid going here at all costs.

Absolutely terrible..... not one friendly welcome from anyone the girls looked misesrable and not interested ...... the girl that done my nails was very quiet and she did try her best however ..... I left with what can only be described as claws, all different shapes lumpy .... the gel polish on the acrylic was applied like blobs of glue.... apparently they charge £60.00 or there about normally!!!!!
I paid £29.99 as they had a deal on .... WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!! ladies please don't waste your money here I was that angry I had them all removed 2 days later!!!! THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN LEFT HOPING THEY WILL WORK ON THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & THERE TRAINING.... I DEFINETLY NOT RETURN HERE!
