Got my girlfriend a gift card for her Birthday, she signed up for nails and hair and was very happy with the service, staff were friendly and the voucher was great value! Would definitely recommend

Had shellac done and absolutely convinced it's fake, peeling after 4 days and left in pain after over trimming cuticles , won't go there again !!!!!

Have been going to Elegance for brow shaping since it opened and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Horrible experience ruined my eyebrows one is now a different shape to the other won't be back. Also the staff are very unfriendly and are very snidey.

Went in to get acrylic nail extensions and ended up coming away with squint nails, some at different lengths, uneven acrylic and two cuts.
These people claim to be "experts" and yet they didn't know the name of the shape I wanted and I ended up having to explain the shape and show them pictures...the "manager" was the one doing my nails.
Don't think i'll be going back there in a hurry and I would advise anyone else to do the same.
