Yesterday I went to my first ever bridal appointment at eleganza sposa and from the minute myself, my mum, sister & daughter all arrived the girls were so pleasant and welcoming. Lisa was my stylist and couldn’t do enough for me, she made me feel so much better as I was nervous. I said yes to my dream dress in eleganza and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience overall. I would 1000% recommend this bridal boutique.

Would like to thank angela for the experience the shop she was very professional in her work we called in last minute then came back for a full appointment said yes to the dress she made myself company and especially my daughter fell at ease no pressure she was lovely looking forward to my daughters first fitting cheers Angela x

Today I went to Eleganza and tried on wedding gowns for the first time.

For starters - the shop is absolute DREAMS behind my imagination. So many beautiful and personal touches.

We were greeted with bubbly and went to try on dresses that I’d put on my list online.

Laura was a complete doll - I was worried about trying dresses because of my size and insecurities I have but this was no issue whatsoever with Laura and I just felt like she was a friend helping me. A day I somewhat dreaded became such a special experience for me and I’ll never ever forget it.

I saw a dress online that I was so sure was the one. When I tried it on, I still liked it but it wasn’t the one for me. I was a little disheartened but Laura found me alternatives and I genuinely loved everything she put on me. Today, I walked away with the dress of my dreams that I never knew I wanted and a heart so full of happiness.

I cannot credit the girls in Eleganza enough. Even the girls who weren’t taking my appointment were coming over and making such an effort to make me feel great. They laugh with you, they cry with you, they make you feel like you could rock anything. Laura was like my 4th bridesmaid today and I’ll never forget how she made me feel. Any plus size brides dreading the try on - I urge you to do it here. Thank you Laura - can’t wait to see you and my stunning dress again.

The staff are outstanding and made us the bridal party so much at ease and the time spent with my daughter (bride) was second to none I would fully recommend this bridal shop to anyone and as being in a few bridal shops before this bridal shop was just outstanding from start to finish 5* for outstanding service

My husband and I celebrated our wedding day on 9th February 2018. When he proposed to me I knew straight away that Eleganza Sposa was the place I wanted to go to for my wedding dress. As a young girl I had always dreamed of finding my dream fairy tale wedding dress and they certainly didn't disappoint! From the minute that my mum and I came into Eleganza we were offered champagne and made to feel very welcome. Lisa was fantastic! She was so bubbly and friendly and really listened to what it was I was looking for. I knew straight away as soon as I tried on my dress that it was the one for me and all the staff and even some other customers were so complimentary of me in it. When I returned for dress fittings I met Jenna who was lovely aswell, she did a great job of getting me in and out of my dress and making sure it fitted right. The seamstress team did a fantastic job on making any alterations I needed. You got the overall feeling from all the staff in Eleganza that they were so excited for you and truly wanted to make it a happy and memorable experience. I can honestly say that it has been. I have to mention Lidia also who without her input and help I would never have found my fairy tale dress. I cant thank you enough for everything you did and just loved wearing my dress on my wedding day. My husband and wedding guests commented on how gorgeous it was and I truly felt like a princess on one of the most special and important days of my life.

Massive thanks to Jenna who helped me pick my wedding dress yesterday! Jenna got my style right away and couldn’t have been any more accurate! The whole experience was amazing and so personal from start to finish. Jenna was very patient and allowed time for pondering and comparing the different dresses. Although appointments are supposed to be limited to 1 hour 15 mins we didn’t feel rushed at all! Jenna was fab and celebrated with us after saying yes to the dress! Can’t wait to be back in the most beautiful shop I’ve ever been in and to see my dress again! Thanks again, Ashleigh x �

Just been for my final fitting and collection of my wedding gown. From my first appointment to my very last I have had the most wonderful, special and unforgettable experience. As a bride to be I was very nervous but was made to feel extremely comfortable from the start, this never changed throughout my journey. Everyone that I came into contact with, including the seamstresses were just so lovely. Laura who helped me make my choice from the start was amazing. There is not a detail missed at Eleganza even to the way you looked after my Mum and made sure she was included. We are truly going to miss visiting this beautiful bridal boutique. Cant wait to wear it on my big day. Thank you all once again for making my experience so special.

If you are looking for somewhere to make you feel special, Eleganza Sposa is the place to be! Laura helped take me out of my comfort zone and explore dresses I never thought I would try, which resulted in me finding the one! My bridesmaids and Mum were made to feel very welcome on all of our visits and Laura was very patient, ensuring I was 100% happy with my decision before I went for it. The shop is beautiful, the staff are lovely and I even managed to find my dream dress (under) my budget! They put your wedding date on their wishing tree on arrival which is a lovely touch and when I said yes to the dress they provided us with signs and fizz to celebrate! I first came into Eleganza and thought it was a delight to walk into, the setting was like walking into a fairytale wedding and upon being greeted I was offered champagne or a drink of my choice, which I think is a lovely touch. Being from Australia and just moving over I had no no one with me, I was worried I may not find my dress ( I had been to others and always wasn't sure). Jenna, from the second I met her was genuinely excited for me and I truly felt like I was celebrating my engagement all over again catching up with a friend. Jenna listened to what I loved and knew dresses from my wish list, a list that they ask you to gather prior to the appointment, so she started collecting gowns. Jenna was honest when something wasn't for me and not only patient through the whole process but was able to pin point the reason why I thought my 'dream dress' wasn't actually for me and came up with a solution I instantly knew was my dream dress. When I had it on it had me feeling all the feels!

The list of touches that the studio added to the whole appointment would make this review so long so ill leave it at, put it on your list of places to visit!

Jenna, if I could give you a 10 I would, thank you for making me feel like I had a best friend there with me and being the cherry on top of a great experience.

I booked very last minute on behalf of my sister , due to family circumstances , and the girls couldn’t be any more helpful got me a Sunday appointment with a lot of jiggling times about , and we were in . On Sunday we entered the most beautiful store you could ever see and was welcomed with a glass of bubbly , we had a browse through a few of the dresses hanging on display , and in no time it was time for my sister to try on dresses , with little time to get the dress the team was no phased , and after only 4 dresses , we found THE ONE , my sister wasn’t rushed , and as every bride has insecurities, and genuinely didn’t believe she would find her dress on her first time dress shopping, she was made to feel like a princess , and nothing was an issue , I honestly don’t know how many vails we had her try on , and the consultant ran about like a headless chicken , nothing was an issue. In no time she said yes to her dress. The most one of a kind store you could ever visit , with the most sweetest caring staff about , could not recommend them any more �������x

Had the best time choosing my dress from here. The girls were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you again. Can’t wait to go back �

Laura was a complete doll - I was worried about trying dresses because of my size and insecurities I have but this was no issue whatsoever with Laura and I just felt like she was a friend helping me. A day I somewhat dreaded became such a special experience for me and I’ll never ever forget it.

I saw a dress online that I was so sure was the one. When I tried it on, I still liked it but it wasn’t the one for me. I was a little disheartened but Laura found me alternatives and I genuinely loved everything she put on me. Today, I walked away with the dress of my dreams that I never knew I wanted and a heart so full of happiness.

I cannot credit the girls in Eleganza enough. Even the girls who weren’t taking my appointment were coming over and making such an effort to make me feel great. They laugh with you, they cry with you, they make you feel like you could rock anything. Laura was like my 4th bridesmaid today and I’ll never forget how she made me feel. Any plus size brides dreading the try on - I urge you to do it here. Thank you Laura - can’t wait to see you and my stunning dress again.

The staff are outstanding and made us the bridal party so much at ease and the time spent with my daughter (bride) was second to none I would fully recommend this bridal shop to anyone and as being in a few bridal shops before this bridal shop was just outstanding from start to finish 5* for outstanding service

My husband and I celebrated our wedding day on 9th February 2018. When he proposed to me I knew straight away that Eleganza Sposa was the place I wanted to go to for my wedding dress. As a young girl I had always dreamed of finding my dream fairy tale wedding dress and they certainly didn't disappoint! From the minute that my mum and I came into Eleganza we were offered champagne and made to feel very welcome. Lisa was fantastic! She was so bubbly and friendly and really listened to what it was I was looking for. I knew straight away as soon as I tried on my dress that it was the one for me and all the staff and even some other customers were so complimentary of me in it. When I returned for dress fittings I met Jenna who was lovely aswell, she did a great job of getting me in and out of my dress and making sure it fitted right. The seamstress team did a fantastic job on making any alterations I needed. You got the overall feeling from all the staff in Eleganza that they were so excited for you and truly wanted to make it a happy and memorable experience. I can honestly say that it has been. I have to mention Lidia also who without her input and help I would never have found my fairy tale dress. I cant thank you enough for everything you did and just loved wearing my dress on my wedding day. My husband and wedding guests commented on how gorgeous it was and I truly felt like a princess on one of the most special and important days of my life.

Massive thanks to Jenna who helped me pick my wedding dress yesterday! Jenna got my style right away and couldn’t have been any more accurate! The whole experience was amazing and so personal from start to finish. Jenna was very patient and allowed time for pondering and comparing the different dresses. Although appointments are supposed to be limited to 1 hour 15 mins we didn’t feel rushed at all! Jenna was fab and celebrated with us after saying yes to the dress! Just been for my final fitting and collection of my wedding gown. From my first appointment to my very last I have had the most wonderful, special and unforgettable experience. As a bride to be I was very nervous but was made to feel extremely comfortable from the start, this never changed throughout my journey. Everyone that I came into contact with, including the seamstresses were just so lovely. Laura who helped me make my choice from the start was amazing. There is not a detail missed at Eleganza even to the way you looked after my Mum and made sure she was included. We are truly going to miss visiting this beautiful bridal boutique. Cant wait to wear it on my big day. Thank you all once again for making my experience so special.

If you are looking for somewhere to make you feel special, Eleganza Sposa is the place to be! Laura helped take me out of my comfort zone and explore dresses I never thought I would try, which resulted in me finding the one! My bridesmaids and Mum were made to feel very welcome on all of our visits and Laura was very patient, ensuring I was 100% happy with my decision before I went for it. The shop is beautiful, the staff are lovely and I even managed to find my dream dress (under) my budget! They put your wedding date on their wishing tree on arrival which is a lovely touch and when I said yes to the dress they provided us with signs and fizz to celebrate! I visited Eleganza earlier this month and I was extremely nervous. The girls were all amazing and helped me to calm my nerves! Lisa was helping me with trying on dresses for my wedding and we even had the owner who also gave a helping hand and great advise on what we could do with the dresses. I would 100% recommend Eleganza to all brides to be! Can’t wait til my dress is ready!

I have been meaning to post this for a while. I first came into Eleganza and thought it was a delight to walk into, the setting was like walking into a fairytale wedding and upon being greeted I was offered champagne or a drink of my choice, which I think is a lovely touch. Being from Australia and just moving over I had no no one with me, I was worried I may not find my dress ( I had been to others and always wasn't sure). Jenna, from the second I met her was genuinely excited for me and I truly felt like I was celebrating my engagement all over again catching up with a friend. Jenna listened to what I loved and knew dresses from my wish list, a list that they ask you to gather prior to the appointment, so she started collecting gowns. Jenna was honest when something wasn't for me and not only patient through the whole process but was able to pin point the reason why I thought my 'dream dress' wasn't actually for me and came up with a solution I instantly knew was my dream dress. When I had it on it had me feeling all the feels!

The list of touches that the studio added to the whole appointment would make this review so long so ill leave it at, put it on your list of places to visit!

I bought my wedding dress here and the whole experience was amazing , Lisa and the rest of the girls were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t have done more to make it fun and exciting. I couldn’t recommend the shop more highly. Thank you so much x

I booked very last minute on behalf of my sister , due to family circumstances , and the girls couldn’t be any more helpful got me a Sunday appointment with a lot of jiggling times about , and we were in . On Sunday we entered the most beautiful store you could ever see and was welcomed with a glass of bubbly , we had a browse through a few of the dresses hanging on display , and in no time it was time for my sister to try on dresses , with little time to get the dress the team was no phased , and after only 4 dresses , we found THE ONE , my sister wasn’t rushed , and as every bride has insecurities, and genuinely didn’t believe she would find her dress on her first time dress shopping, she was made to feel like a princess , and nothing was an issue , I honestly don’t know how many vails we had her try on , and the consultant ran about like a headless chicken , nothing was an issue. In no time she said yes to her dress. The most one of a kind store you could ever visit , with the most sweetest caring staff about , could not recommend them any more �������x
