Elena is a fully-qualified Aromatherapist and Masseuse with liability insurance and committed to continuous professional development. She specialises in physical and emotional pain relief and holds Aromatherapy NVQ Level 3 and ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage as well as Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy massage qualifications. She is a professional member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and a Committee member of the Cambridge Massage Society.

Also, being a trainee Counsellor Elena’s approach is to use valuable counselling skills, especially in her aroma treatment of physical and emotional conditions. Elena specialises in bereavement care and volunteers her skills for CRUSE charity. In addition, she's currently training as a Reiki and spiritual healing and she will soon be introducing this in her standard massage treatments.

Elena offers holistic full body massage that helps relieve muscular aches and pains, stress, depression, anxiety, etc. . . She also prepares bespoke essential oil blends to cater for your own needs. These work on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and help your body find balance and harmony.

She is specialised in the preparation and application of bespoke essential oil blends with therapeutic properties through massage as an alternative way of preventing and /or treating the symptoms of common emotional and physical conditions such as anxiety and depression, inflammations, viral infections, headaches, muscular pain, menstrual crams, etc…Elena makes personalised oil and cream blends to order with your favourite essential oils .
