iQ Elgin Place was purpose built for students and opened its doors in September 2017. It features a range of en suite rooms and m study and social spaces.

Elgin Place opened its doors in September 2017. As it was a new build, iQ has had the opportunity to consider every detail to make sure that this is the perfect student home. Located on Bath Street, it is close to Glasgow's universities, restaurants, bars and attractions nearby.

It features a wide choice of bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, a rooftop bar and chill out spaces including a BBQ area and outdoor snug. There is a film and presentation auditorium, private dining rooms, a choice of quiet areas and study spaces, iPad bouncepads and tables for games and research, and plenty of social spaces – including gaming rooms and a creative studio. There is a fully equipped gym which is free to use. Security includes 24 /7 staff, CCTV and entry key access system.
