I'm Elizabeth, although I answer to Lizzie most of the time, and I'm a documentary style, family photographer. I've got two children, who I adore; a husband, who I tolerate admirably and two cats, who despise me entirely.

I found photography in an attempt to slow the incessant ageing my children have insisted upon and discovered a true passion. I love to steal a moment away from time and keep it safely in a frame, there to look back on whenever I chose. A paint splattered smile, or muddy pair of trousers that bring me back to a joyous afternoon spent splashing about in puddles, gallivanting down the beach or rolling down hills.

I photograph in an entirely natural way, and hope to capture a moment as it happens without staging, forced smiles or blinding studio lights. I am based in Hertfordshire, but am happy to travel further afield too.
