Very good price for good job done. Got massage by olly and nails done by Sara both did good job.

My sister got her hair done and the lady completely butchered it, it wasn't even and it resembled a mullet. When she mentioned about her dissatisfaction about the haircut she was told by 3 members of staff she was wrong and that was how the haircut was supposed to look. Terrible service

Poorly organised. Didn't have a note of my treatwell booking. Didn't get the massage I had booked as the room was unavailable. Place itself looked a bit shabby.

I booked an appointment on treat well. I called ahead to say i was round the corner and could be a minute late as i was at the dentist. Got there and was told to go next door, went next door and was told to go back where I came from. The lady had no clue about my appointment & asked me to come back in 10 minutes when her manager was in. I sat outside waiting to see if the manager would arrive, nope.I had already paid for it on treat well. So now I won't be given a refund as I had to press cancel because nobody had any clue what was happening! Awful experience.

I was in here today customer service was terrible , had my eye brows and tint done honestly they look terrible I don't suggest you go here! The girls just chatted amongst themselves as well as taking away some my eye brows had she paid more attention to her job rather than what she did last night and gossip will not be back

My sister and friend came to your salon to get their makeup and eyebrows down recently, however the make up was terrible. The foundation wasn't even blended both had lines around there chins, their eye shadow was horrific to say the slightest, my sister asked for a nude lipstick ending up with a bright pink instead somehow and her the eyebrows were pure black not matching her hair colour.
I would not recommend this place not only for their unsatisfactory makeup skills but also their lack of customer interaction, as they left feeling like they were being talking about throughout their appointment.
