Emma Houston Consulting began in 2020, providing a range of support services to community organisations across Scotland. Emma works with community and third sector organisations to support them to make the most of grants and people to enable them to focus on doing what they do best - supporting communities. With a decade of experience in the third sector including grant-making and organisational development, Emma works with organisations big and small to develop in ways that suit them. This can be from offering operational support on project development, bid writing, social media management and organisational development.
