Victoria Lafferty at Empire property has helped me to let out my property 3 times now. Absolute first class service, very efficient and communication was brilliant.

We have had a problem with our boiler ever since moving into the property with a new born baby and it's still took them awhile not to fix it

Only one star from me as well. I left Empire Property as my letting agent because of bad communication.
After leaving the company I asked for all the documentation concerning my flat, even I have asked for the papers three times, now three month later I have not got any reply or papers from them.
My flat is up for sale through Empire Property, again no update the past year.
Very bad management.

Wish I could leave this company no stars at all, an absolute joke from the staff to the way the deal with customers. Nothing but money grabbers who just want your money to obviously fund there expensive tastes. After having no contact from them regarding a property I wanted to rent I emailed and wanted to cancel my application due to the way it was being handled as they did not return my unlawful fees I was charged and went to the company directly and was spoke to like a child that did not understand what she was talking about and was told that I will not be getting my money back. This woman told me that because the credit checks etc were handled by another company it wasn't up to them to return my money. I have no emailed them again in regard to returning my money before I take legal action. PLEASE do yourself a favour and avoid this place, by far the WORST estate agents in Scotland.

Gary was exceptionally helpful when letting us a property at short notice. He made the whole process quick and simple which was exactly what we needed. Any issues we had within the property were resolved quickly and efficiently. I have had bad experiences in the past when letting agencies but this experience has totally changed my perception of private letting. I would highly recommend Empire Property.

We contacted Empire Property to help us with let of our house, the staff couldn't be anymore helpful.
They have now managed our property for nearly 5 years and are always willing to assist no matter how small our query is. On calling the office staff are always polite.

Recently our tenant of nearly 4 years through Empire had to vacate our property. Empire sorted all this for us and had a new tenant almost immediately,sorting background checks and suitability for us, paperwork, etc was all done with ease, making a somewhat stressful time a lot easier.
Overall we have had a positive experience working with Gary & Darren for the past 5 years.
Both my wife and I will continue to work with Empire Property and would recommend them.
