Employee Counselling Service:
• has over 30 years experience of assisting employees resolve work related and personal problems and regain their ability to work at full capacity;
• is a dedicated counselling and 24 hr support service which is independent and confidential;
• gives advice, support and training to managers and supervisors dealing with sensitive situations;
• uses qualified and experienced counsellors who are directly employed and supervised by Employee Counselling Service making it accountable for their work;
• works with more than 200 organisations in Scotland in both the private and public sector and was established and continues to have the support of individuals and organisations representing both employers and employees;
• is a professional Social Enterprise which has achieved ISO 9001: 2000 and is audited and accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA).
