Avoid at all costs. Absolutely the worst 'service' I've ever received. The owner, Michael Savage, talks the talk in a convincing manner but is very dishonest, insulting and nasty. As a landlord, I had to beg for my rental income every month. He is impossible to contact after you have signed your contract - his poor administrative staff (one of which has left his only positive review on here) will say your name aloud when you call, giving him the opportunity to be in a fake meeting which will last for about a week. I was never paid on time and never received the correct amount. He could not provide any receipts due to 'changing software' for the entire 6 months I was unfortunate enough to use his 'service'. He did not inspect the property at any time, nor did he keep my tenants deposit in a secure scheme as per govt requirements. He did not give the tenants keys to my shed, he instead told them I had personal items and did not want them accessing this area - a huge lie. He also did not return the tenants deposit despite me requesting it was released - their review of the 'service' would reveal how disgracefully the tenants are treated, too. He claims to be a part of The Property Ombudsman Service but is not, despite it being a legal requirement to be a part of a scheme like this. He is also not VAT registered but still charges VAT. At the end of the 'contract' his admin staff returned keys for someone else's property rather than my shed key! The most stressful experience in my life so far - seriously, avoid him and his company: pay a solicitor to rent your property.
