Scam phone calls Again the we have more scams, please be aware of the latest call centre phishing scam. A number of our customers around Emsworth have reported a suspicious phone call. If you receive a call from somebody claiming to be from computer repair . Microsoft or BT, saying you have a problem with your computer, DO NOT RESPOND, just hang up immediately. On no account should you allow these people to persuade you to accept a remote connection to your PC. If you suspe...ct you may have a problem with your computer please contact emscom. We fix computers, we do not steal your bank details! and will keep you safe.
If you have installed any software or allowed remote access If you have already received one of these calls and installed any program or allowed an unknown person to remotely connect to your computer, spyware or other backdoors may have been opened. Unusual request for help. Mr W, had a car accident, had his laptop on front seat, with the crash force, laptop was damaged along with memory stick, with 2 years of uni work. The request to Emscom was, please help retrieve the data. It took Matt a big challenge. As you can see, fixed data moved to indistructable memory stick. Customer was so pleased.

Our customer asked us for laptop because she was getting back ache. Put it in the car and delivered back to liz home. To see the reaction of joy from the customer now, was just great.

Good morning folks. Just like to suggest you buy yourself a surge protector extension lead ,for you r computer, laptop and tech gadgets. It will help protect from power outs. With all the house building, we are all finding we are getting more power cuts. The back surge you get when power goes off, can cause harm. if not protected, can blow chips etc on your electronics. #Amazon

I want to mention to you all, Please think about backing up your computers/laptops etc. All those photos and documents need to be stored externally. If the computer fails it will be lost., We had a customer almost lost his life work. Lucky this time we saved the day. Please come and speak to us.

While visiting customers I realise Emsworth is the best village of all : Two Butches ,fish shop, barbers, coop, veg shop , ironmongers/ hardware shop. Library, lots' of charity shops. Doctors and dentist. All in this one great village. emscom customer said now she cannot drive its all she needs on the doorstep. And now she an her husband has found emscom. Who was able to collect, repair and deliver back , within a week. Everybody these days have a computer. Computers, laptops need servicing , just like a car.
