You can expect to give and receive Reiki several times during the course of the weekend, as well as enjoy meditations and quiet contemplation.
Even if you do not wish to go on to charge for Reiki, this workshop will equip you to support yourself and your own wellbeing.

This was me yesterday... It was a really rainy🌧️ day so I popped the wellies on a went out for a walk. 💦Splish, splashing💦 in puddles and enjoying warm dry feet!!
The water butt went from bone dry to full and overflowing in the space of hours and this morning it was a pleasure to stand on my cool damp grass🙏, it even looks a bit less like straw!!
I've got a busy one planned today... I'm submitting a Neal's Yard order, sending out some booking forms for Reiki 1, then heading o...ver to Chichester and working on the design of a management programme...pilates🧘‍♀️ this evening....

I've knocked this up no bake granola bar recipe a couple of times now, using random nuts, seeds and dried fruit I had in the store cupboard🥜🌰🥥
Both times I added a scoop of the Rebalance cocoa superfood complex to give it an extra bit of comfort but it doesn't make it overly flavoured.
Just pop in the fridge overnight, then chop up.... Apparently it can keep for a couple of weeks but ours only lasted a few days last time🤣
Zero refined sugar too depending on your personal choice. I used a blend of honey and agave nectar. Both times I forgot to add cacao nibs🤦‍♀️

So easy to get dehydrated in this weather without realising it, so who starts the day with a lovely glass of water? I find that a decent drink first thing helps me to wake up a bit more and begin to rehydrate my body after sleep.of course I still have my morning cuppa too!!
Drinking water shouldn't be a chore, it is vital to be hydrated to enable the body to function at its best.
... Here are a few reminders...feel free to comment with your own tips too and add a picture📸
💦Starting with a glass or bottle in front of you is a good start and I love a good coaster too when I'm at my usual desk!
💦Sometimes I add fruit to jazz it up a bit, lime and mint is so refreshing!
💦 Try drinking it at different temperatures. I prefer room temp water than very cold, but if I have a hot drink, I prefer it on the hot side
💦 Try fruit or herbal tea 🍵 They vary in quality so just because you've tried one that was awful, it doesn't mean they all are!! I love Neal's Yard Summer ☀️tea, or Pukka three cinnamon at the moment. And remember you can use fresh herbs 🌿 too!
💦 Start small. Don't go from nothing to trying to drink litres. Aim for half a glass or a glass every hour, sipped.
💦 Bring a bottle. Carry a bottle with you to stay thirst free on the go, I chuck a bit of ice in mine too so it stays cooler for longer

Amie really knows her stuff. I love Neals Yard products and have been using them for years now but my skin changed and I couldnt figure out what I needed. Amie gave advice on what Face cream to try, also some great tips on mix/matching products and changing my skincare routine slightly. It's worked very well for me and the dilemma is solved. Thank you Amie!
