We used enhanced for our wedding and they were brill drivers very friendly would recommend them to anyone getting married xxx

We booked yourself for our wedding in June the 18th (sorry I'm just writing a review now), I can't thank you all enough. The service was amazing, lovely drivers and beautiful cars! Every person was looked after, even the members of our wedding party who needed extra help due to mobility! Fantastic. I look forward to working with you again in the future. Xxx

First class service from Craig and his drivers on our weddong at Dalziel Park on 6th June 2915.... In particular we would like to thank the driver who pick me, my bridesmsid and our flower girl up. He was very friendly chatty and put us at ease immediately. He even took some photo's for us when we stopped off on the way to the wedding venue st my Aunt (who wasnt able to attend due to illness). I cant praise him highly enough...what a lovely chap....he was wonderful. Also many thanks to Craig who provided a first class service and made the whole process so easy for us. Fantastic service, would highly recommend the driver Davie he’s some laugh and added to our hen do atmosphere! The limo was beautiful and the complimentary bottle of bubbly went down a treat! ���

A photographer and I'v dealt with this company on so many occasions! Would highly recommend! Cars are stunning and staff are amazing.

Wrong car sent to my stepson wedding.and they haven't the decency to return calls or emails.seem's like this has happened a few times.according to reviews.

Wrong car sent to my friends wedding and it was late. Also demanded money when it was paid in full prior to the wedding. Ridiculous service and bad start to their wedding day. AVOID COMPANY.

Very disappointed with the service provided by enchanted limousines for our wedding recently-April 2015. They did not provide the cars that were ordered & paid for. Also made no effort to return our calls & offered no compensation.

Firstly the Limo turned up 15 minutes late. Then on arrival we discovered that the limo that came was a stretch Bentley..... We ordered a stretch 4x4 jeep. I believe we paid more for this, if we had wanted a normal limo we could have arranged this at no additional cost from our venue. We have photographic evidence of the vehicle that arrived.



Once the chauffeur had turned up 15 mins late he then informed me that I was due to pay £175 (the remaining balance) i told him that we had paid, he had no record.



So he went back to his seat and made a call. Some ten minutes later he came out with his phone and passed me over to Craig, who also said he had no evidence of the transaction. Assuring him I had paid and had records of such, he said fine in the end and he would speak to me today, which he hasn't. Absolute disgrace.



I am very unhappy with the service, I shouldn't have to be dealing with that on my wedding day, and really we were left with no choice but to get in the wrong limo, as we had no other way to get to the venue. This is a very clear breach of the contract we made with you when booking our transport. This is certainly NOT a service I would recommend to others.

Enchanted limousines provided cars for my wedding 25-6-16. I cannot tell you how angry i was and so disappointed when the wrong fleet of cars pulled up on my wedding day. I booked these cars last may, i took photos of all the cars that were promised to me- cream beauford "with new leather interior", white hummer and white baby bentley. I was also adamant at the time i wanted smart dressed drivers in full uniform and hat - also promised to me - and champagne in every car - also promised and agreed- ALL PAID FOR! Instead i got a rusty silver limo that looked horrendous with a shabby dressed driver who looked liked he had just left the pub. A silver beauford with the handle hanging off inside and rusty windows, no champagne for my husband and i. My bridesmaid had to argue with the driver to provide champagne and glasses in the limo. The manager of the company span us a line promising all the works on the day. Again, all agreed and hand shook before we paid the deposit. Utterly disgusted with the service on my wedding day. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I hope u will be in touch to provide some well deserved compensation. I didn't even want the cars in any photos!
