Enjoy-a-ball is a sports coaching programme for children aged 18months - 9 years old operating in Inverness, Dingwall, North kessock and Nairn

Enjoy-a-Ball has been up and running in Inverness for 5 years. This is the programme for children aged 3- 9
Physi-ball has been running for 2 years and is for 18months- 3 years
We currently coach over 350 children a week and love every minute of it.

Jenna started Enjoy-a-ball after completing a degree in Sports studies at Stirling University, completing many coaching qualifications and working in New York with children under 5 teaching them sport, she came back to Scotland to bring everything she had learnt to the children of Inverness.
Classes run in Inverness, Nairn , North Kessock and Dingwall, We also visit local nurseries and fitness clubs every week and have built up some great relationships with local groups in the community.
